Essaar's roots trace to Chennai in 1986, beginning with sheet-metal fabrication and press components before growing into customized elevator engineering.

Which elevator is right for my building?

It depends on who will use it, travel height, expected traffic, available shaft space, power, finishes and local approvals. A site survey and project discussion help us recommend the right configuration.

Can you work with architects and builders?

Yes. Essaar can coordinate lift requirements with the project team, including shaft interfaces, openings, electrical provisions, cabin planning and handover documentation.

Can an existing elevator be upgraded?

Many installations can be modernized in stages or replaced. The right scope is confirmed only after inspecting the equipment, controls, doors, drive, cabin and safety systems.

Are all safety features standard?

Safety provisions vary by model and project. The final technical proposal identifies the applicable features, specifications, standards and statutory requirements for your lift.
